Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson was born in Mexico into a family that included musicians. Her early years were spent listening to classical music, old boleros, as well as traditional ranchero and romantic ballads. Ana is a lover of the operas and tangos as well as any dramatic performance. When she was 16 years old, she started singing and studying the piano with her mom. Flavio, a Mexican Tenor with a renowned reputation, began to provide her with more intense training in singing. Her musical education continued in the School of Music of Guadalajara University and later at the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. In Guadalajara and Mexico City, she was a member of many chamber and opera choirs. Following her move from Mexico to America at the age of 2000, she performed in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. She is currently performing classic Latin American songs at private occasions as a soloist. She is passionate about singing, music and the arts keep her involved in local activities both as an artist and teacher. Ana was a member of both the Community Chorus of Redlands and Inland Master Chorale. She is now a teacher in the Performance Loft. Ana is a fan of classic Latin American songs and hopes to inspire others to sing the same.
